Name the owner
Is one owner named for each active piece of work?
Teams & Agents
Coordinate research, implementation and review around explicit tasks. LeanCTX keeps claims, context handoffs, dependency limits and outcomes connected while your host runs the agents.
A workflow to try
Assign
Assign a bounded task, source scope and expected result. Record ownership through claims and leases, and bound the work graph with concurrency, budget and cancellation rules.
Hand off
Send implementation the finding and sources; send review the change and evidence. Include open questions and access assumptions.
Continue together
Save findings that the team will need again. Retrieve them when work resumes and check whether their sources or assumptions have changed.
What good looks like
Try one task with two agents. Check that the receiver can use the brief and access its sources. Verify the work before marking it complete.
Is one owner named for each active piece of work?
Can the receiving agent access the referenced sources?
Are completion and verification recorded separately from delivery?
Your host launches agents. The Agent Bus coordinates messages and claims; the Work Graph bounds delegation. A delivered handoff is not proof that the task succeeded, and a claim does not grant new source access.
Another way to use LeanCTX
Give your coding agent the source, detail and test signals that matter to the change.
