A working setup
LeanCTX configured for one repository and one supported host/OS setup. We agree source access and the content checks documented for that setup, then document how to use and disable the configuration.
Your configuration + setup guide
LeanCTX · Coding Workflow Evaluation
Bring one coding workflow. We help you set up LeanCTX, compare ten real tasks and leave with a configuration you understand and results you can use.
A 30-minute fit call via Microsoft Teams. Scope and start date confirmed before booking the evaluation.
What you get
A focused implementation and evaluation service for teams already using an AI coding assistant. Start with code understanding or change-impact analysis, in your own environment.
LeanCTX configured for one repository and one supported host/OS setup. We agree source access and the content checks documented for that setup, then document how to use and disable the configuration.
Your configuration + setup guide
Ten agreed tasks, each run with and without LeanCTX in fresh sessions. Your team reviews task quality; we compare context volume, observable latency and available usage signals with the same inputs, model and settings.
Task-by-task results + limitations
A joint review of what worked, what did not and what to do next. Your team keeps the configuration, findings and instructions for continuing independently.
Results review + recommendation
The package
For a small team with a recurring repository workflow, an existing AI coding tool and approved access to its sources.
Custom connectors, additional repositories or host/OS setups, production rollout, security audits and ongoing operations are scoped separately.

No automatic subscription or follow-on engagement.
Your existing AI-tool subscriptions, model usage and infrastructure stay with you. The paired runs can add usage charges. The evaluation uses the local Community Engine; Pro is not required.
Three weeks, with a plan
Confirm the repository, tool, permitted sources and quality rubric. Choose ten short repository questions or impact analyses, without code edits, and configure the supported integration.
Your team runs the ten tasks in each condition: twenty fresh sessions. We hold a checkpoint and review the collected evidence. Configuration changes are recorded.
Review task quality and observed changes together. Receive the configuration, per-task findings and a recommendation to continue, adjust or stop.
Who does what
LeanCTX
Your team
The 8–10 hours are a planning estimate across the team, including meetings and task review. We confirm the workload and access needed before booking. Larger tasks or extra scope need a separate agreement.
What counts as success
A smaller input is useful only if important detail survives and the result still meets your criteria. We keep the same repository snapshot, inputs, model and settings for the comparison.
Ten tasks support a decision about that sample. They do not establish general savings or quality improvements. Each signal is marked as measured, estimated or unavailable; estimates are not billed charges.
Before you decide
Community is the software. The evaluation pays for hands-on setup, a structured comparison, documentation and a joint handover. You can also install and evaluate Community yourself using the documentation.
We check the tool, version, operating system and integration in the fit call. The fixed package applies to an existing supported setup. A new connector or custom development needs a separate scope.
The Community Engine runs locally in your environment. Your coding host sends model requests according to your existing provider configuration. We agree the access or screen-sharing we need and which results may be shared. Do not send repository exports, credentials or confidential files in the initial inquiry.
You keep the configuration and documentation and can continue using the Community Engine under its licence. There is no automatic renewal. Additional support, production rollout, Enterprise capabilities or SDK/OEM rights require a separate agreement.
That is still a useful evaluation result. We document it and hand over the findings. The fee covers the agreed service; it is not conditional on a particular saving or adoption decision.
