LeanCTX · Context Control Assessment

What data
does your AI receive?

We assess whether LeanCTX fits one of your AI workflows through a bounded feasibility test in your test environment. You receive a configuration, a findings report and a recommendation on what to do next.

30 minutes via Microsoft Teams. We discuss your workflow and whether the assessment is a good fit.

The questions we examine

From your sources to the model.

An internal knowledge assistant should use approved information. Older document versions or confidential customer notes may need different treatment. Your own requirements guide the evaluation.

  1. Sources

Which documents and systems may the application draw information from?

  2. Information

What is relevant, what is sensitive and what should be excluded?

  3. Destination

Which model provider should receive the selected information?

  4. Evidence

What can LeanCTX record about selection and delivery in the test setup?

We examine one agreed workflow through the LeanCTX integrations available for that setup.

What you take away

A test configuration and a written report.

The assessment combines a review of your information flow with a practical LeanCTX evaluation. You keep the configuration and documentation to assess the next step with your team.

Your information flow, documented

A clear view of sources, agreed selection rules and the route to the model. It shows where LeanCTX can participate and which parts of the workflow remain outside its coverage.

Overview of sources, rules and destinations

LeanCTX tested on your workflow

We configure a supported integration and run the agreed cases with approved data. You keep the test configuration and the results, including the observed behaviour of the enabled rules.

Configuration and findings for each test case

A recommendation for further use

A written report explains which controls worked in the tests, what evidence is available and which questions remain open. We discuss whether to continue and what that would require.

Findings report and a joint handover

Scope and price

What the assessment includes.

The engagement covers one workflow in one environment. Before starting, we agree the integration, sources and test cases with you.

Production rollout, custom connectors and ongoing operations are separate engagements.

Book an introductory call

This fixed price covers one workflow with a supported integration. We agree the sources, test cases, schedule and your involvement before commissioning. Any additional services are agreed separately.

The process

How the assessment works.

  1. Introductory call

    Choose the right use case

Describe your workflow and the question you want to answer. We check the integration fit and agree the scope, price, schedule and your involvement.

  2. Setup and tests

Put your rules to the test

Connect LeanCTX to the agreed test path and run the selected cases. We record the observable context deliveries, behaviour of enabled rules and remaining gaps.

  3. Results review

    Agree the next step

Receive the configuration and report. In the final review, we discuss what supports further use and which changes would still be needed.

Your involvement

What we need from your team.

Preparation

A workflow and a technical contact.

  • Choose an existing AI application or knowledge assistant whose information handling you want to examine.
  • Provide approved test data and the access agreed for setup and evaluation.

Evaluation

Your rules and your judgement.

  • Define which sources, information and model destinations are permitted for the workflow.
  • Review the test findings with us and decide whether further use makes sense for your team.

We agree the time needed from your team before starting, based on the test cases and your setup.

Practical questions

Before you book.

Will this work with our AI application?

We review your application, model connection and versions in the introductory call. The assessment uses an existing supported LeanCTX integration. If a new connector is needed, we discuss a separate scope before any work starts. Your application keeps its model and task choices.

Will the assessment change our production system?

We start with approved data on an agreed test path. Changes to production are a separate decision and engagement. You can evaluate the controls without introducing production blocking as part of the assessment.

Which requests can you document?

The assessment covers context delivered through the agreed LeanCTX integration in the test cases. Direct model calls, application-owned prompts and other routes may fall outside the agreed test path. The report identifies these gaps. Delivery evidence does not establish how the model subsequently uses the information.

How long does it take, and how much time do we need?

Integration, access and test cases determine the time required. Before you commission the assessment, you receive a schedule with meetings and the expected involvement from your team.

What happens after the assessment?

You keep the configuration and report. Further integration, production rollout or support can be commissioned separately. Continued software use follows the agreed licence. There is no automatic follow-on engagement.

The first step

Tell us about your AI workflow.

What does your application do? Which company information does it use? What do you want to understand or control? In a 30-minute call, we identify whether an assessment can answer your question.
