One onboarding, from first questions to daily use

Understand it. Use it with your team.

Bring an AI coding workflow, an internal knowledge assistant or another AI application. We agree one supported setup and guide your team through the same onboarding.

  1. Understand

Clarify your use case, sources, context rules and what a useful result looks like.

  2. Set up

Configure LeanCTX on an agreed test path with your approved data and existing model connection.

  3. Learn

Work through your own examples together. Learn how to use the setup, read its evidence and adjust the configuration.

  4. Evaluate

Review agreed tasks, observed results and limitations. Decide how your team should continue.

Your application keeps control of task and model selection. We confirm integration support before starting.

What your team takes away

A working test setup. The knowledge to use it.

The configuration, team training and shared evaluation are all part of the same service.

Your workflow, configured

We document the information flow and configure one supported LeanCTX integration. Your team keeps the setup, its agreed rules and instructions for using it.

Configuration and workflow documentation

Your team, trained

A hands-on session uses your own workflow to explain context selection, controls and delivery evidence. We practise everyday use and how to change the agreed configuration.

Guided practice and a team handover

Results you can act on

We review agreed tasks together, document observed results and gaps, and recommend what to keep or change before wider adoption.

Findings and a recommendation for the next step

Scope and price

One onboarding. One clear price.

One agreed workflow in one test environment, using an existing supported integration and model path. The service includes preparation, setup, team education and evaluation.

Custom connectors, additional workflows, production rollout and ongoing operations require a separate scope.

Working together

Your use case. A shared learning process.

Before we start

A workflow and a technical contact.

  • Choose one workflow and the question you want to answer.
  • Provide approved data and the access agreed for setup and evaluation.

During onboarding

The people who will use LeanCTX.

We agree the number of participants, sessions and time commitment with you before starting.

Practical questions

Before you book.

Is this for coding teams or other AI applications?

Both. The onboarding covers one agreed workflow, such as an AI coding assistant or an internal knowledge assistant. We check your tools, versions and integration before commissioning.

What will our team learn?

How LeanCTX prepares context, which controls apply to your supported setup, how to read the evidence and how to use and adjust the configuration. Training uses your own agreed workflow.

Why pay when Community is free?

The fee pays for our preparation, guided setup, team education and joint evaluation. Community remains available for independent installation and use under its licence.

How long does onboarding take?

The setup and your team’s availability determine the schedule. We agree the sessions, evaluation period and involvement in writing before work starts.

Does this include a production rollout?

We work on an agreed test path with approved data. Production rollout, custom connectors and ongoing operations are separate engagements. The findings explain which parts of your workflow the integration covers and which remain outside it.

What happens afterwards?

You keep the configuration, documentation and findings. Continue under the applicable software licence. If you need organizational capabilities, a wider rollout or ongoing support, we quote those separately. There is no automatic next purchase.

After onboarding

Continue with the setup that fits.

Continue with Community under its licence, or choose a paid software plan if you need additional capabilities. Annual Enterprise contracts cover separately agreed organizational capabilities, deployment scope and support. Additional teams, workflows and environments are quoted as needed.
