Record facts with context

Use ctx_knowledge for project findings, decisions and relationships. A useful record explains what was learned and where to verify it.

A remembered fact is not automatically current. Avoid using retained knowledge as a substitute for reading a changed source.

Recall within the intended project

Query the knowledge store for the task at hand. Cross-project retrieval and imports have their own boundary controls; do not assume that all projects share the same memory.

Review exported records for sensitive information before sharing them.

Separate stable use from diagnostics

This category also inventories advanced memory and cognitive operations that exist in the registry. Their presence does not promote research behavior to a supported autonomous agent product.

For ordinary use, start with the memory guide and the exact ctx_knowledge schema.
